The body was designed to move safely and efficiently. These movement patterns are innate in all of us and can be observed early on in toddlers while they crawl and walk. 

Unfortunately, modern workout techniques often cause more harm than good, resulting in unnatural and unsafe movement patterns. This four-week program is your key to spinal freedom and pain reduction in all areas of your life. 

Focusing on diagnosing movement pattern issues (walking, running, and overhead squat) while determining physical weaknesses and imbalances that may be causing pain and injury.

WEEK 1: 48HR MOBILITY ASSESSMENT

Working on proper form for exercises to help correct movement patterns and reduce any pain due to improper form.

WEEK 2: PROPER FORM

Combining more advanced exercises and proper running form.  

WEEK 3: LEVEL UP

Focusing on polishing corrections and implementing a plan to maintain all your advancements over the long-term.
